21st Century Leadership Communication
This Micro-certificate is an self-paced introductory course designed to enable learners to develop and practice leadership communication skills required in modern organizations that have become increasingly dispersed and virtual. The course is divided into four modules with interactive polls, learning breaks, and other interactive features.
We will begin with understanding face to face, as well as digital modes of leadership communication in the first module, then move on to communicating through conflict - a powerful tool to move from dissonance to dialogue. Next, the third module equips leaders to communicate across cultures, and lastly, the final module focuses on strategic communication design - both at a personal and an organizational level.
